I managed to make the Enhanced DRB III Emulator work with a micropod 2 clone on V17.04.27 Witech with Windows 7 32 bits all offline mode and no subscription.
First install Witech then install the DRB emulator and then the enhanced one.Chrysler Diagnostic Software

Or use the files provided in first post
Afterwards plug usb in pod then pod in the car turn ignition to on position and at last in the laptop
Open web browser, i used firefox and in the address bar put this and press enter : http://localhost:9876/launchExternalApp?appName=drb_iii_enhanced_emulator&locale=eng_ENG&deviceIp=172.22.22.22
It will launch the enhanced emulator.

A note about the firmware utility.
I have a tested and verified a downgrade path from witech 2.0 to witech 1.0.
I have also extensively tested downgrading firmware versions of witech 1.0 to earlier versions of witech 1.0.
I have verified which firmware versions are needed for CDA 6.7 and CDA 6.13.
I have 2nd hand information about how to use it to make it compatible with CDA 5.14 (not personally verified).
This does not constitute a guarantee that it will work in your specific situation, only that I have personally verified this on my own original hardware and can provide instructions on how I was able to accomplish it. This is a powerful tool.
